God or Nature?

To me, it seems that there are three types of people in this world.1. People who see G-d everywhere2. People who see G-d in the ‘big’ things3. People who don’t see G-d at allI want to be a number 1 person. I may bemore of a2, but I’m working towards 1.In Judaism we learn that G-d is invested not only in the ‘big’ stuff, like creating the world, but He is alsoinvolved in even themost minuteof details. He didn’t just create the world once and walk away, allowing it to run by the laws of nature since then. In fact, the “Laws of Nature”, we learn, are actually not even real ‘laws’ at all. The Jewish people learned this at the Splitting of the Sea, where G-d took the seawater, and parted it before o how to write an article ur very eyes, defying the “Laws”that He had created. That was clear Revelation. It was G-d coming out from ‘behind the curtain’ and revealing Himself for all to see.The world we live in now is the very same world where G-d split the sea, but revelation comes in a different form. It’s a more personal form. It comes through trust in G-d.When I wait for the bus in the mornings, I realize that the bus won’t come unless G-d wills it to. And I trust that He will send it. When I go to work, I trust that I will be paid. It’s not my boss who’s paying me. It’s G-d. Through my boss. When I met my husband, it wasn’t our ‘matchmaker’ who figured it out. It was G-d. He was just working through the matchmaker.
